NEW CUSTOMERS

To apply for Water/Sewer service you must fill out a Water Service Application Form and turn it in to the front desk at City Hall and pay a $125 Deposit. Application forms are available at the front desk or you can download it here.

PREVIOUS OR EXISTING CUSTOMERS

Please call the front desk at (707)725-7600 with your new information. You may be required to fill out a new application. If you left your previous account in good standing you will NOT be required to pay a deposit.

Making Payments
There are four options when making utility payments: 
  • Visit the Finance Cashier Window between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:00p.m. (Closed 12:00p.m. - 1:00p.m. for lunch)
  • We have two convenient drop boxes for payments: A drive up box located in the front of City Hall adjacent to 11th Street, and a drop box located inside City Hall in the lobby. Drop boxes are checked twice daily, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) at 8:00a.m. and 1:00p.m.
  • Call (707) 725-7600 to make payment arrangements 24 hours a day, seven days a week (leave a voicemail if necessary)
  • You can also pay your utility bill online HERE

     Cash, check, money order, or credit (Visa or MasterCard) are accepted for utility bill payments.

For faster service, please bring both sides of your water bill with you when making a payment in person.
